Emily is a former elite soccer player, coach and mentor. As a former member of the United States U-21 National Soccer Team, ACC Rookie of the Year and Wake Forest Hall of Fame Athlete, she’s spent the last 25 years in competitive professional environments. From Silicon Valley high-pressure sales roles to policy and direct social work with clients, she has a unique perspective on how to coach client’s holistically. Her aptitude for understanding each client psychologically and honing those strengths to achieve optimal mindset for peak performance on and off the field.
